Remove old enclosed railing and pillars on front porch and replace stairs
    $7,995

I hired this company on 10/29/21 to up grade my front porch to make it more curb friendly. As of today the work is still not finished. I have been more than reasonable about the cold and rain. He is charging me $7995.00 to do the job and required $4000.00 down. He did give me a invoice showing what I paid and what is owed. It has been almost 10 months.
I am a widow on a a fixed income and my porch looks like crap. I do not have the money to hire another contractor. It’s a shame bad contractors can scam old people.

The owner sent his guys to do the job (build a deck) and never checked the actual work. Lots of sloppy details. They left their wood and trash for a week, and never cleaned up the area - I picked up screws, nails, wood, and glass from our kids' play area. Worst of all, they broke the pipe coming from our sump pump and never came to fix it. Didn't return calls or messages.

    Verified Hire

Delayed for a month. Did not do it. Postedponed it three or four times and decided to return the advance $800 after a month or so.
