I used this company a couple of years ago and they were great. Reasonable priced, friendly, efficient. I called them before the pandemic to get some more work done and was faced with no show appointments and unreturned phone calls. I recently called again, left a voicemail, quickly got a return call. When I returned the call and left a voicemail I got no return call. I called again. N appointment was made for a Wednesday at the end of the day. I moved my schedule around and waited. No show. I called that night, no answer. I called again the next day. No answer and no return call from either voicemails I left. How disappointing? I really wanted this company to come back out because what was installed initially is what I need fixed. You would think they would stand by there work and want to check it out. I am very disappointed and feel a bit disrespected. The least someone could have done is give me a call back.
