119 alpine way total scammers gave them money for bathroom $900 down payment never showed up for job do not use them they have an F by the Better Business Bureau Sonya Hasting scammer

I have paid this company 1000 on a March 4 2019, Sonya Hasting said the job would take place in two weeks. As of today April 4, 2019 I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve called multiple times, emailed them and still no response!! I will be filing suit plus reporting them to the Better Business Bureaus! And reporting it to Harry Harrison on Channel 10 news! This company is the absolute worst! I’ve read previous reviews and absolutely apulded how they take advantage of people especially the elderly! God have mercy on your souls!! As of March 2019 Rick hasn’t renewed his license!

My mom, who is in her 80's, paid over $6,000 to have a new roof, car port removed and replaced and other things completed on her home. NEVER DONE. It will be 2 YEARS January 2018 since she paid. NO RESPONSE. They told my mom, "The shingles are on sale if you pay for them now." I told my mom, they do not have your shingles somewhere with your name on them. She is so trusting. I live in another state and didn't realize all this. **Working to go a legal route. It makes me sick to think they are taking advantage of people.

This is an updated review of the one I submitted 7/11/18. The company has since contacted me and the bathroom remodel has been completed. As I mentioned before they have done work for me in the past and have always done a very good job and at a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their mobile home. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars was because of the previous lack of communication.

This company is horrible to deal with. I also have given them a deposit of $5300 and now they have disappeared. They don’t return phone calls or emails. I live in 55+ community and they have taken money from my neighbors and not returned to complete the work. Shameful business.

I had this company install a car port and they did a great job. Now I'm having them do a new roof and front door, removing the door from the driveway to out front and they seem to have disappeared with my $4000 deposit.
