Dishonest and disrespectful! This company was contracted through my home warranty company for HVAC work. They showed up several days after the original request which I understand being summer in Texas, but the technician showed up unprepared to do any AC work, no freon and none of the appropriate tools he needed to do HVAC diagnostics. He assured me that I was on the schedule for the following day. the next day they never showed up or called to inform me they weren't coming. When I called the office the woman who answered was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her for asking why they never showed up. she informed me that there was an "emergency" and that they couldn't make it but that I was on the schedule for the next day. The next day was more of the same, no call and no show. When I called in again to inquire if the technician was coming out the gentleman hung up on me. Repeated calls were sent straight to voicemail. Oddly enough calling from a different phone number got an answer. When I finally got through he lied and told me that he had no record of me being scheduled even though he himself had assured both me and the home warranty company earlier that day that they would be out between 11am-3pm. When I questioned that he became very rude and agressive and hung up on me again. These people are rude and dishonest. Avoid this company like the plague!
