The end result was good. However, the first stain was the wrong color. It was not even close. Rich was RUDE!! He arrived the first day an hour and forty five minutes late. He did not apologize. Instead, he was upset that I noticed that he was late. I asked him to wear a mask, and he refused. He said that he can't breathe while he works if he wears a mask. I went into the room where he was working to see how things were going. He told me "get out of here". As mentioned earlier, the first color was way off. He also reversed the hot and cold line for the washing machine. No apology for any of this. Instead, he scolded me.
