Horrible experience. I was charged $35,000 for a bathroom installation and 1 room remodel. The materials that were used were left over from previous jobs and the few items they had to purchase to complete my bathroom were cheap and I was not consulted or asked about what my preferences for sink/toilet/shower. So now I’m stuck with faulty plumbing in a tiny bathroom that I am now unable to use. It hasn’t even been a year since this project was completed and everything is falling apart. I am met with excuses when I reach out to Scott to have the plumbing repaired. I am thoroughly disgusted.
