I hired American Pro Remodeling LLC, Michael Boynton , owner, to fix a load bearing wall that was failing, to remove popcorn from my ceiling and paint my entire home. He asked for half payment at the time of contract and the other half when the work was complete. He came with his crew and demoed the portion of the wall that needed the fix. He put a very strong header and did some unexpected electrical and plumbing. Then he sheet rocked the wall and plastered as needed. His painters removed the popcorn, plastered and sanded the ceiling then they painted everything. My ceiling came out beautiful, the walls are painted neatly and my load bearing wall is fixed. Everyone who worked in my home was friendly and we had some good laughs. Although it was messy, everything was cleaned up every night. When all was done, I paid Mike in full. I had a very small issue after that and texted Mike. He came over within a few days to address the matter and told me if there was anything else let him know and he will be back to fix it. How you are treated after the bill is paid says it all. Mike truly wants all his customers to be happy. I highly recommend American Pro Remodeling LLC.
