He and his crew treated our home as if it were their own, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in any way that they could. Every American Pro employee who worked on our house was friendly and professional, and their skill, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is truly the best in the industry. Adam cares about his customers, and it shows. American Pro Siding and Roofing is NOT an outstanding company! Adam Hutchins does not return phone calls or texts messages to let me know when they will be here. He has called me back one time after the salesman kept calling him. When he did finally call he said when they will be out and then still didn't show up and did not call to updating me when come finished the fascias and soffits. His crew has not been back in almost 2 months. Also, my roof has been ready for 3 months and his crew told me that it would be done 2 months ago.
Also, their builder's license is not active.
