If I could give them a “0”, I would. We recently had APS replace kitchen cabinets in our home. The experience from beginning to end was a complete nightmare. There was very little communication as to when the contractors would be out to perform the work, and even after we contacted the owner and asked that she worked to better communicate with us, we still didn’t hear anything. What should have been a 2-day job, took roughly 4 days over a 10-day period. On what was supposed to be the final day of work, we were given a timeframe of “8am-12pm”. However, by 2pm, there was no communication and no workers. I called the number on their website and a guy answered with “This is Steve”. I asked multiple times if this was in fact American Property Solutions, but all I ever got back from him was “This is Steve”. It’s like the guy had never taken a call before or had any semblance of tact or professionalism. When I asked a third time if he was associated with the company, he hung up. I called back immediately and he answered with “oh, so you’re ready to talk now?”. Again, I told him I’m waiting on contractors and needed him to verify if I was calling the correct company. He answered very snidely and said he’d “look into it”. I said that he’s acting very unprofessionally to which he responded with “well, how about you don’t f***ing call me again?!”, and hung up once more. I then emailed the company (at the email address on their website), explaining the ordeal and asking that they provide some guidance as to why I was treated so poorly, but only ever got radio silence in response. All in all, this was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Steve shouldn’t be working for them, or for anyone where having to interface with people is a must. Maybe keeping a broom closet well-stocked and clean is more his speed. Buyer beware - this place is awful!
