To the owner/driver of truck 45842 that cut us off on I75 today, we have posted below review on BBB, Angie's List, Craigslist, and entered it on FB to our combined 700 friends, who a great deal live in Vandalia, just wanted to let you know that WORD OF MOUTH, and power of the internet is something you should remember when you blatantly put other peoples lives in danger. For your readers, here's what we said about you, but NO DOUBT you will erase this as it is under your control since last feedback was in October 2010. It is no surprise with your driving/phone action that you have NO positive feedback.
This is what we wrote to the sites mentioned above: "I would just like to report on a company in the Vandalia OH area, called American Residential Systems, website = http://www.americanresidentialsystems.com/ ... Today my wife and I were travelling on I-75 from Vandalia towards Tipp City and the entry lane from route 40 entrance was shown to be merging to left lane, the driver had plenty of warning of merge with signs, and was well behind us as we were already on I75, he chose to speed up and cut us off rather than merge behind us. We called to report to their company of the drivers practice but found driver was also owner of company. When my wife called to report truck # 45842 had done this, the same number (owner/driver) texted back that he was unable to take our call at that time while driving down an exit ramp onto Benchwood. She then texted back that since he was owner and could not take our complaint that we would report to BBB, he then texted back "whatever" so she let him know that we would be reporting it to your website, our local news, and other social media outlets. They could very well have wrecked us, he could have taken call and apologized rather than making lewd hand gestures to us while he pulled away. Just thought that anyone that owns a company should not act in such a manner, should be more of a role model, and community leader rather than a nuisance to the community he serves. If you could post this negative action on your community we would certainly appreciate it, and we will also report to BBB, and other outlets at our disposal. Thank you so much for your attention in this matter..."
