Terrible...terrible...TERRIBLE!!! Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. My warranty sent this joke of a plumber out only to do nothing and said it was complete. I called the clean up company he referred and had the clean-up competed in one day. No call from him to set another appointment. He takes AHS's money that they get from there members and pockets it. This will be the last time Sean, mark my word?

My experience working with this Owner Contractor - Sean Alan Cunningham - was terrible. He was engaged by American Home Shield to work on my houses twice. He took nearly three weeks to get parts when there was a plumbing leak. After that I had to call him repeatedly to come and fix the leak, which he eventually didn't. Therefore, I had to call American Home Shield to find another plumbing company. The latter company came and fix the leak in 48 hours.
