Do not hire this company. They improperly installed an ac unit that failed after two years. I had two independent ac companies provide estimates and their professional opinion as to why the unit would fail. They both stated that the copper refrigerant lines are zip tied together durimg packaging in order to prevent damage. When the unit is installed the zip ties are supposed to be cut off and the lines manually separated. The zip ties were not cut and during use of the ac unit the vibration caused the copper lines to rub together aggressively and create a hole causing all my refrigerant to leak out. I was advised by the Bryant manufacturer to contact the installing contractors. I contacted America’s Contracting services in order to get assistance and this began a several months run around. They tried to charge me $80 for an incomplete nitrogen test and then told me if I wanted them to come out and complete the nitrogen test I would have to pay them $200 more. When I inquired why the high cost for a diagnostic the tech told me to hire a different company. America’s Contracting services clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of their work. They don’t back their work up and when there is a problem they do treat their customer with respect. Very disappointed.
