ASP of El Paso did not pull required permits on my pool renovation (although they claimed they had) and their work was not done to code resulting in a City investigation into their work. The project has taken over 5 months, is not safe, and will need to completely be redone. Their workers trashed my property, stopped showing up to work, and their management has not resolved issues. The company also claims to be owned locally in El Paso, but the owner does not live in town and does not respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Horrible experience!
