I do NOT recommend using this company! From the very beginning of my experience with them, I received horrible customer service.

When I called to make the appointment, instead of answering with the company name, I receive a simple "hello" and had to ask if I dialed the right number.

The appointment was made for a specific time on a specific date. Fifteen minutes after the appointment time, I called to see if we were still on for the appointment. The manager seemed confused and then asked me to send him my address via text. Since I had to do this, it led me to believe that he was not intending on coming to my house to provide teh estimate. Half an hour later, I called again to see when he was going to be there because it was 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and both my husband and I had taken off from work to be there. He indicated that he was a few miles away. When I indicated that I felt like he wasn't even going to come because he had to ask for my address, he stated that the address was on his computer and he just shut it down...again, I still felt like he wasn't even going to show up. After an hour and a half after waiting, my husband called to reschedule the appointment because we had already waited long enough and the individual got an attitude for us cancelling.

The next day, he showed up on time and all he did was take a look at the leak on the inside (which took 2 minutes) and then said a technician would be by on Monday between 9 and 9:30am. I thought that was another waste of time since I wouldn't have called if there wasn't a leak from the roof...

On Monday morning, 9:30 came and went and then I called the number at 9:45. I did not receive an answer and left a voice mail. I called again at 10:15 and he answered and when I asked him when the technician was going to come, he indicated they weren't coming because it was raining...in response, I told him it was not raining at my house and it hadn't been raining for over 2 hours. He said he would call his technician and call me when he was on his way. I thought this was horrible because here I am waiting around for someone to show when I had an appointment. If finally got a call around 11 indicating the driver was on his way...meaning the appointment took place more than 2 hours after the scheduled appointment.

Case in point, do not go with this company unless you want to play the guessing game on if/when they will actually show up.
