    Great contractor!! Went through a medical issue. Come back Bro!!! We need more homes built by you. One year off medical pain does not ruin your 15 years of construction bro!

    Daniel is a habitual liar and has cheated multiple people through his building contracts. He defaulted on a settlement agreement to pay me $11,000. This was facilitated by Oregon Construction Constructors Board. It is amazing he still has a license.

    This man is a habitual liar and operates under the lowest moral code. Our house still unfinished and needing repair after a year of living in it. Refuses to honor his one year warranty contract. Once he got his money he didn't care a lick about us or our home. Thousands out of pocket on our part to fix his mistakes, some quite major. Do not use Ames to build your home. If you find one he's built that's completed, don't buy it either. Cutting shortcuts is an area of expertise for him.

    New home contruction

    Worst experience ever. Our list of items that the inspector had pointed out still has not been fixed since December.(This includes access crawl space and ladder incomplete, secure bathtub and faucet not complete, cracks in concrete). Other items not complete gate not fixed, light fixture not moved to appropriate place, still did not re-key locks, trim on cabinets above sink, missing screen. There are too many to name. Constant promises and lies. Does not call back, constant excuses. A lot of finish work still needs to be done. In my contract I was suppose to get staging furniture. Still have not received it. CCB was just notified along with our realtor. Do not buy a home from this contractor! You will have to do the work yourself as we had to complete one of the gates to put our boat behind since HOA contacted us about this issue. Good luck if you hire this contractor.
