1 Star as it will not accept a Zero
A Thief is how I would describe this contractor. His name is Michael Gilk in Lakewood, NJ We contracted with AMG Paving to perform a job that included Cleaning, re-sanding and repairing 4500 sq feet of pavers and to seal our driveway for $7500.00. He requested a $2500 deposit to purchase materials. He was to start work within 1 week and has never showed up. nearly 4 weeks have past. After numerous promises to return the money, we offered him to return the money in payments. He has not showed up
DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THE THOUGHT OF HIRING HIM
We now have to follow through with legal avenues to recover our money

Want to give them no stars. Run as fast as you can from these guys. They did a terrible job for me. Within a year my driveway was cracking and falling apart...weeds growing in the cracks. They changed their phone number...took me weeks to reach them. Was told they were closed for the winter, but they'd be here on March 15, as soon as they opened. Still nothing. Filed a complaint with BBB (they have an 'F' rating with BBB). No response. Next step is litigation.
