The man that showed up at our house said we could get an update to our system. He represented himself as being with our existing alarm system but it turned out he was from an entirely different company.
The service with the new company is poor, when we call for assistance for our system they are not helpful.
We have nothing in writing from them showing when the contract is up, only that it is a 60 month contract which they can auto-renew unless they receive our written cancellation notice with no input as to how far in advance they need it.
We didn't get any operating instructions to refer to when there is a problem. We recently had a loud beep coming from the co2 detector and when we called they said they didn't monitor it and did not install it but it is listed on the paperwork the salesman left.
I would like to see the state of New Jersey look in to their business practices.
