    Great company. I scheduled an appointment with my Home warranty and they called as soon as I ended the call. They were punctual and gave me a fair price on services that weren’t covered (no surprise there). I definitely would refer them over the warranty company BC they don’t cover shit

    This company is the most unprofessional and frustrating organization to work with. I was assigned to them by my home warranty company, which means they should be familiar with what is needed by the Home Warranty Company to get things covered. Apparently, that is expecting too much. It has not been a month later and I am still having to facilitate a back-and-forth between the two organizations to get basic services completed. To add unprofessionalism to the lack of business competence, after a month of this back-and-forth this company calls and cancels the repair work due to staff shortages. This is AFTER half of the payment has been made and this was done the morning of the scheduled repair. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional company at all costs. Save yourself money and headache.
