    Never completed work. Never pulled needed permits. Sub-contractors were not paid and now are suing homeowner. Currently in court litagations.

    Addition project

    Replacement deck and during construction discovered the original structure was unsafe so had to be demolished. All dealt with professionally and promptly.

    We would recommend AMR for any similar project. They arrived on time and did what they promised with good communication.

    Deck addition project

    AMR were able to start the job earlier than we had expected and arrived to start on the set date. Other than a weather delay, the job was completed quickly, efficiently and competently and the staff were pleasant to deal with. They also dealt with the necessary permit.
    The only problem we had was that the existing deck was found to have insufficiently strong timbers and foundations to take the extension, so had to be demolished, obviously increasing the price of the job. It would have been better for us if the state of the existing deck had been discovered before we entered into contract, but we accept that this would have meant undertaking some exploratory work.
    We would happily recommend AMR to others seeking quick and compliant building work.
