    Stay away from Craig Fox. I cannot speak to specifics, but he has been charged with fraud regarding work done on my deck. Substantial $$$.

    I would like to thank Craig Fox and his AMR team for all their superb work they have done for us. We met Craig about ten years ago when we needed some serious work done at our home. He showed up early for our appointment and had the biggest smile. We shared our ideas with him and he shared his ideas, which was much better and much cheaper. Craig is a very honest, very professional man that is upfront and always giving a very fair price. AMR's Customer Service has been great!     I was a little taken back when I read some of the reviews about this company online. I have been using AMR for close to 15 years now. They did my roof, siding, windows and built a garage. They didnt build my addition simply because we found a family member to do it. I work at the IRS in Martinsurg WV and know about 10 people that have used Craig Fox and AMR Home Improvements and have always had great feedback. I called him today to come out and look at an issue we are having in my attic. BATS, ugh. What has always impressed me is that he knows us and remembers everything about us. He came with another guy literally 30 minutes later and looked at the problem. He told me he wasnt an exterminator and does not like bats at all. In conversation (yes he like to talk) he told me about some bad reviews that he received that were false and misleading. I read them and was in awe. This is not what Craig is about and I will have to say that even if they were true thats not that bad for as long as he has been in business. But what bothers me is the fact that one of the reviews said he took for ever to do their job. In the same review she stated that he didnt care about enough. Well let me tell you, Craig has always been there for us. I personally know atleast 10 of his customers and they swear by him. He is VERY honest and tells you like he sees it. You might not like it but thats how he is. He actually cares about people and shows it when he is working. Im appalled at the internet and its cowardly ways of being able to post whatever true or false. He stated that he is thinking of shutting down. What a huge loss to this area. I wish him well and if you want the job done right call Craig Fox.

    I wanted to write a review based on our experience with this company. We found AMR through google search and called them for an estimate. They were the only ones that picked up the phone so we set up an appointment. Craig Fox came and was about 30 minutes early (which became a joke later on). We showed him the project and the scope of work to be done. He was within our budget so we hired him. I would like to add that he had his contractors license and proof of insurance with him. Now that was in August. There was a bit of delay for the work to begin but we will get to that in a minute. When they came he let me know that they had not finished another job and were a little behind. He ask if he could go ahead and do the demo work. I agreed and away they went. I will have to say, the best thing I saw was the work ethic. These guys work HARD. VERY HARD. They never took a break. Once the demo was done Craig was able to tell me if there would be any additional charges in which there wasnt. My husband is a Vietnam vet and him and Craig hit it off big time (and thats not easy to do). Craig even came over and helped Dennis with loading a tractor on a Saturday. Craig was very honest in explaining his position and completed the work in a timely manner. This is a gem of a company and actually cares for his customers. Actually we saw Craig walking out of Kings pizza and he made it his priority to ask us how things were going. Very nice guy. Highly recommend. Thank you

    I was very lucky when I came across AMR Home improvements on the internet. I had called a number of companies trying to find someone who could help with a leaking roof. Not only did Craig answer promptly he also came over the same afternoon and fixed the problem. I can't recommend him highly enough and I am planning on using his company again in the near future.

    Thank you for a job well done. We hired AMR for a custom shower in our basement bathroom. When I first spoke to Craig Fox he said as long as there was no unforeseen incidents it would be done in 3 days. Well here we are 3 days later and its beautiful.     I highly recommend AMR Home Improvements to do work on your home. After contacting several "contractors" it was very clear who we would hire. Craig Fox was extremely knowledgeable about all the local codes and procedures. What was more impressive was his knowledge of the products he was using. After 4 months of working with Craig and his crew we are done. We didnt have many obstacles in our way so the job went smoothly. I also want to add how courteous AMR is with the customer. If you have an issue, trust me they will take care of it. Thank you

    I cant say enough about the experience I have had with AMR and company. I actually used AMR for my roof about 13 yrs ago. I called this year to receive a bid on some replacement windows. When Craig Fox arrived he brought a smaple of the exact window and explained what to look for and its benefits. He was not the lowest bid but he was the best window for a very affordable price. What is crazy is that we were about to go with a window company that had a very cheap made window for about 500.00 cheaper. Thank god we didnt. New windows are in and they look great. Thank you very much

    The owner of AMR Craig Fox asked me to write a review. So just to start with, I called AMR to receive an estimate on some custom tile work and some other things we needed done. They answered the phone when I called. That was a plus. The lady on the phone was very personable and friendly. She scheduled an estimate and that was that. We were surprised that the owner himself came and dealt with us. Let me tell you something this guy knows what he is talking about. We had immediate trust in him and awarded him the job. 3 months later Im writing you to let you know that AMR is the ONLY company we will deal with from here on out. All the way to the end of the project Craig Fox was there for us. We cant say enough. Thank you Craig and the guys
