    I have a rental studio construction finished a year ago, here are a list of things I have to deal with:
    - right after construction, little hot water from shower because they failed to balance the valve
    - no hot water from kitchen sink because an improperly installed fitting
    - washer not installed properly and vibrate crazy and damage the wall because they did not read installation manual to remove the transportation bolt!
    - 6 months later, three walls have large crack and took them 3 months to come back and fix it, so I cannot rent it out for 3 months
    - 11 months later, the toilet clogged because the hole to the toilet is not connected to the drain and they basically dig a tunnel in the slab to connect the toilet hole to the drain! This is all under slab, so I have to redo the floor tile and vacant tenant.
    - There are other things the other contractors that come back to help me fix things were extremely amazed at what they did. For example, they used silicone instead of cement below the floor tile. Not long, I would likely need to rebuild it
    They passed inspection by cheating, then cutting corners everywhere! I don't normally leave public review, but have to this time.
