    We hired Frank and his crew for a complete kitchen remodel. I will start by saying that he is a very nice guy and we hit it off from the beginning. Almost immediately into the project, things fell apart. Frank had completely overbooked himself, couldn't manage the job, and we were left hanging for what turned into months.

    He also hired bad subcontractors, and just over 2 years later we are dealing with rookie mistakes that are big issues for us. Frank has refused to address them, even though the fault clearly lies in his team. Maybe have a beer with him, but certainly don't hire AMS.
