Initially the company did a nice job on our roof replacement, however customer service takes patience an perseverance. We ran into a few issues, although this was during supply chain issues, there was little communication to level set our expectations. Ultimately it took a couple months to finish but when we found additional issues they were reluctant to respond. After pointing out that they had forgotten to install leaf guards on our gutters, which the contract clearly stated, it took another year to get them installed. Upon seeing them in operation, it was like the gutters were covered with a fine screen, very little water could getting through the guards and into the gutters. We were completely dissatisfied that we had waited a long time to get them installed. Two years after the contract was signed, we have to replace the leaf guards again or remove them. I would not recommend this company for the reason of poor customer service.
