  Our experience was awful, he looked at the job in the dark and gave a price, which I accepted on the spot and told him to schedule. I asked for a proposal and he said he would drop one off and he never did. I called several times and had an awful time getting hold of him. Never returned calls, he always blamed it on phone problems. Finally told me to get the material and he would start. I did and then he told me it would now be a month till he could start. Then it really got bad, he came out to start and left because he claimed the right stuff wasnt there and said he would come and work all day Saturday. I later got a call asking for more money because he misjudged the job because he looked at it in the dark.. I told him I would a little more just to get it over with. Guess what he never showed. Very Bad Experience. I am 59, in the customer service business and am not exaggerating. Now I am a month behind and have to start over, steer away!!

  He is a very hard worker and does absolutely wonderful work! Pricing is not outrageous either!
