WARNING!!!
Arik is a scam artist....
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Arik tried to make me buy a new unit at the cost of $20,000 when a new unit only costs the best part of $5,000He didn't even check my unit and placed a Super Boost SPP8E into it and charged me $374 for this part which only cost $31 and charged me $390 to install it. 24 hours after he installed this part my whole unit broke down and now I need to install a new unit due to what he did. He also over charged for the amount of freon he added to my unit by 2 pounds at the cost of $150 per lbs as per a 2nd and 3rd techs opinion.
He is ripping people off .
Keep clear of him. I asked how he can justify charging so much and his answer is that he has 35 years in the business and got very offensive and argumentative.
I have reported him to the BBB to put a stop to his thievery. -

Arik came to repair our boiler multiple times and the heat continued to be a problem. We finally hired someone else to take a look, and it turns out Arik had replaced parts incorrectly and had chosen parts that were not conducive to the boiler unit. Terrible, and he took hundreds of $$ from us. Beware!! Scam!!

The Techs were very professional. Took their shoes off at the door, worked on my unit about 5 mins, then told me something had chewed through the wiring. They were in and out in less than an hour!

After they get paid, they are unresponsive. Be cautious because once you let them leave, everything after is your fault will require more money if they have to come back.

Arik is a complete jackass. I'm a landlord and hired him to fix the AC for my tenant. Upon finishing he insisted on being paid immediately. I told him he'd be paid at some point that day. I got three calls and text from him inside of an hour after the job was done demanding payment. He then called my tenant to complain about payment. I called him and told him that was completely inappropriate and he's never to do that again, and I'm not going to drop everything in the middle of a work day to get him paid instantly. That's not how contract invoices get processed. He ignorantly disagreed with everything then told me he's taking me to court, though I'm not certain as to why. He then texted my tenant to tell him he's taking HIM to court, which I can only describe as insanely idiotic.
Arik behaves nothing like a professional. Find help elsewhere
