Permits

I have never had such a horrible experience with a contractor. The 2 techs that came out were very polite, however very young and inexperienced. Spent the entire time on the phone with the owner Anthony trying to determine the problem. Told me it was a bad relay switch.
The two techs returned to install the switch, were at my home for 4 hours, (again on the phone almost the entire time), fixed nothing, charged me $620, and told me I needed either a new blower motor or a new furnace. They also left the new relay dangling by a single wire just hanging from the furnace.
I immediately called Dover Oil who arrived in minutes, found a short in a wire, fixed it, and my AC was up and running in less than an hour. I requested the return of my old relay switch so the experienced tech from Dover Oil could see if it was bad. The owner Anthony gave me a hard time about returning my old part and still hasn't returned it which makes me wonder if it was bad in the first place.
I'm not sure if Anthony does not know what the hell he's doing or he's a con artist making a living by ripping people off. Either way, stay away from this company.
