Calvin
Anakeesta did not respond to requests from the bank for information required for closing. Four days prior to the closing date, Reis from Anakeesta told me over the phone that Anakeesta no longer wished to work on the project. The loan was approved and financing was ready to close except for the Builder's Risk Certificate of Insurance, which Anakeesta provided with missing information. There was no problem with the loan other than Anakeesta did not provide the information requested of them. I would not recommend working with them.
