    Unprofessional and cut corners

We unfortunately had to deal with this company as our contractor used them as subs. They cut corners and were very unprofessional. Issue #1 they hit our car with their truck. Did they come and talk to us and own up to their mistake...no. Our neighbors watched them as they clipped the corner of our car. Luckily their was no damage but to be so dishonest to not come and tell us and try to get that to fly under the radar? Issue #2 our structural engineer specifically stated on the plans to not stick the rebar through poured concrete but to set the rebar and then pour the concrete around it. Did they do it....nope. Issue #4, they charged us for 2 pump trucks to pour the concrete. But choose to forgo the pump trucks and have the concrete trucks drive on our neighbors driveway (their driveway goes further back and has access to our backyard) and risk cracking their driveway in order for them to make more profit. 1 concrete truck did drive on neighbor's driveway the other refused for risk of cracking driveway. When the 2nd truck refused they made a production of it and refused to agree to fix the driveway if any damage happened. Issue #5....while it was nice they showed up to do the work they were showing up to start the job at 7:30pm and working by flashlight until 10pm. Then on the final day of the project (we had no notice they were coming that day) we were in our car on the way to our kid's soccer game when the wife decided that was the time they had to be paid. I should told them no and made them wait. Yes we had the money and could pay them but it takes me about 10 minutes to transfer funds as we don't keep large sums in our checking account. So I was late to my daughters event because these people couldn't wait for an hour. Yet, it is ok for them to show up at insane hours. And we already gave them a check for half of the project that after 5 days they still haven't cashed.Final issue, not organized and treated our plans approved by the city like crap and no they are difficult to read because of the condition they are in. On top of that they didn't return them so we had to ask for them back. Then when they returned our plans they weren't our plans. It was plans for another project (Ivory Homes). I will be calling Ivory Homes to let them know to watch out for this company.
