It was a fair price for a lot of work it took three days every day they left the property clean they showed up on time and everything is in great shape

I find it hard to believe the other reviewers as a great experience. We had the complete opposite experience. Unfortunately we trusted and signed with David Belanger the front sales guy that basically promised we would get our hurricane damaged home fixed and that it would be a stress free experience for us! This company did nothing but delay everything and had ample time to line repair jobs up from our first insurance claim but nothing was done and nothing planned in the proper order. Finally we get a roof on but this company didn’t get our fireplace/chimney or patio lanai repaired first which is the proper order. The lead contractor is definitely not very professional and honestly can’t see how he or this company was given a license. Very unprofessional company with very poor work ethic. Poor to non existent communication. Took a deposit for repair that they never got started and we haven’t received that back but will soon rest assured! Plus two failed roof inspections that they failed to have done and owner let permit with city expire before getting our inspection done! I would never recommend this company especially if you are trying to recover and repair your home from hurricane damage. In short this company is a hurricane chaser unscrupulous business!!!!!!

My 80-year-old mother was recently a victim of ANC’s unscrupulous business practices. She was induced to sign a contract in October of 2018, it had no firm quote, completion date or even a start date. When she recently tried to place a mortgage on her property she found out a lien had been placed for $1500, as part of their commencement notice. When she had her friend and business associate contact ANC they said the $1500 had to be paid as a cancellation fee. When confronted again by another associate they claimed it was a “quote fee” and if I’m not mistaken they gave a third excuse to someone else. Bottom line, they’re extorting her for $1500. She either pays it or can’t close on the mortgage.

 We intend to pursue this manner through the State  Attorney’s  Fraud Division, and through private counsel, but in the meantime we’d like to start gathering stories from others who’ve experienced problems with this company. 

Former employees claim they owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to business associates and vendors, so we are especially looking to substantiate any of those rumors. But we’d also like to know if you’ve been a victim of ANC. As you will see, we have placed excerpts of several complaints below just to let you know you’re not alone. We want this to be the gathering place for tracking and monitoring ANC.

We just had our roof done after a horrible hail storm hit our home. Mike the representative and project manager met with us and we successfully challenged the insurance company to significantly increase our pay out. The company stood by us every step and replaced our roof in one day. I can't say enough nice things about this company and would recommend this company to those needing roofing services.

From the first contact to the final inspection, I received nothing less than exceptional customer service and a demonstration of professionalism. This included the sales rep, office staff and construction workers. The installation, clean-up and the price never changed and was a great value.

I liked everything about anc roofing. employees well responsible for their work the adjuster (David) always attentive to everything. we are satisfied.

I liked everything about ANC Roofing ; they took care of everything including permits etc. There were no surprises with the price and they started and completed on time, The clean up was excellent and they even came back after the job was completed and checked for the possibility for loose nails. Were there when they said they would be. Day and a half done and good clean up. Could not have asked for more!

Everything has been done on time, The only concern, when the old roof was removed rain started and I had ceiling damage, there were a few yellow spots, which needed to be fixed. The manager generously offered compensation for that! They had to be prepared for that!
