    Steven and his team of subs are top quality. They build a beautiful house with elegance and details through out. I would not hesitate to use him on any house. Very easy to communicate with and always ready to help with anything you have. 5 stars on the house he built me.

    Have been in a few of this builders homes, very excellent quality throughout entire house; and very pleasant to work with. Unsure of who would leave a negative review, based solely on lot appearance DURING construction. Completely false and rude. I would recommend for anyone to view any of the houses and guarantee you’ll feel as I do.

    This builder is building homes in the Miners Creek Development in Lincolnton, NC. His building sites are sloppy, unkempt, and in disarray.
    There is always left over building materials laying around. Not sure I would trust the quality of these homes based on the appearance and neatness (attention to detail) of the building lot.
