What can I say? This was possibly the worst service I ever received. Was very hopeful because of the reviews. They sent a guy out to simply repair one sprinkler zone valve. Unfortunately this inexperienced fellow took all day to replace this valve struggling with breaking pipes and glue failures. He also cut all of the wires in the process of digging up the valve and got the zones all switched around and expected me to correct that problem. Fine, but when I started to go through the zones and check them I discovered that there were two other zones that were previously working that we're now not working. Called the owner Brandon to express my displeasure and he said "we will take care of you." He sent out his "best guy" to correct the problem with the zone valves that were no longer working. Unfortunately this "best guy" spent all day searching for the valve, tromping all over my flower beds and digging up my landscape needlessly. He ended up replacing a valve for a zone that was working instead of the one that was broken. By the end of the day he was making up a lot of excuses about broken wires and such. I decided to hire another company. When they came out they found the faulty valves within a few minutes and had them repaired or replaced in the total time of 1 and 1/2 hours. Discovered that big globs of glue from the earlier repair had flowed through the system and clogged the other valves. Fast forward to today. The first valve that this company replaced started blowing water out of the ground and now it will have to be fixed again. I'm sure that the owner of this company will rebut this review with his own pile of excuses for the total ineptness of his workers. I leave it to you to decide if you want to really spend money on this questionable service. Believe me there are companies out there that can really take care of you but not this one.
