We hired Chris Anderson and his crew to remodel our home. We spent lots of money redoing several rooms. He hired a company to out down floors in our whole house. After 6 months the floors separated and caused dangerous area as the corners lifted. My grand child cut his foot in one of the planks. When I contacted Chris he sent his floor guy out which agreed the floors need to be replaced and had nothing to do with us. Maybe defective or no weather barrier laid. Chris was told this by us and his own flooring man. He replied don’t have the money. I have the invoice, and pictures of when they laid the floors and after. After reaching out to Chris for months he ignores all forms of communication. Beware and think twice about hiring someone who won’t work with you when the job is not done right.
