We met with Steve and Terry on our building site gave them some plans we had gotten off the internet, and within 3 day we had a preliminary plan and price. After that in took about 3 mouths to finalize our loan and building plans. During that time we made many changes getting the plan just right.......there was never a extra charge for the plans. We stated construction May of 2014 and finished April of 2015. I think sometimes Steve's aggressiveness is more passion for his trade, I never found him unprofessional but he is mater of fact. At the end of the day we received more service, more home, and a superior build home than we expected.
We build a 4500 square foot home with 2000 square foot of garage and porches our contract was about 750K plus land and pool, we just refinanced last month, the appraisal came in at $1,325,000 we have about 300k equity. In our case the journey was more than justified in the end. Terry is absolutely wonderful to work with, and in the end we accepted Steve for who he is and knew he was always doing his best and more than we asked. I think if Steve likes you after you start building you have a better experience. I would build again with Anderson Custom Creations especially now that I know what to expect.

Steve is extremely unprofessional and aggressive. He starts a project then tells the client he is out of money " cash flow" issues and wants client to take over paying subs but he expects he will be able to get back on track within 30-60 days. Still waiting, in the meantime he is unresponsive and blames client. He took money but no responsibility.

Great design build custom home contractor. I had a concept and they included the custom design in their square foot pricing so I knew upfront what the cost was going to be. My wife and I enjoyed our working relationship with Steve and Terry and feel we had a builder who listened and gave us what we envisioned within our budget.

We talked to 3 different contractors about what we wanted in a home addition and Steve the Builder was the only one who put on paper what we envisioned and tried to help us make it work. Everyone who visits our home is impressed with our game room addition which is perfect for entertaining kids and adults! First time visitors to our home continually gasp in amazement and gush with compliments on the awesome design of the game room including a small kitchen and pool bath! And everyone loves the lighted tray ceiling, which we tell them is Steve’s signature design! Steve used high quality materials and professional subcontractors and Terry was extremely helpful with each step of the process, especially in assisting with selecting the fixtures and colors. We definitely made the right choice with Steve and Terry and we are enjoying our unique Anderson Custom Creation every day!
