Do not use this builder
We have spoken to several people who have had nothing short of a nightmare with them and this is the same experience we found.
No negative reviews were found prior to our home beginning, now there are several and probably more that can not provide a review since their warranty work is not completed -

Very poor electrical design, who puts one light switch from one entry into a Jack & Jill bath. Their answer "It wasn't in the plans". Really! To further prove my point about their electrical, I toured a new build AJ home & the study had no lights. Well we are on month 8 & still waiting on some other warranty work to be completed.
