I am the managing partner of a real estate company that owns five apartment buildings in SF. My first contact with Ismael Panduro, the owner of Pacifico Construction, was when he was the lead carpenter and foreman for the company that remodeled my house. I immediately recognized his superior skills and knowledge.
When Mr. Panduro set up his own construction company, I decided to try them out in my business. It was the best decision I ever made. I have used them for every kind of job imaginable. They remodel kitchens, bathrooms, entire units, replace windows, doors, etc. The work is always done to the highest industry standards, but more than that, it is always has an artistic flare. .
Pacifico just finished re-constructing two, five-story fire exit stairways (an insurance company demand) in two of our buildings. What began as a job to address a headache, turned into a beautiful addition to the two buildings involved.
Besides his commitment to quality work, Mr. Panduro's personal character and integrity make dealing with Pacifico a pleasure.
