Anderson’s CCBI, Inc., is domiciled in the state of Florida & Georgia. The company founder & CEO Linda Anderson have a passion for construction and real estate. It's the companies initiative to build strong structures with Florida high standards in mind. Anderson’s CCBI engages in procure jobs for women and disadvantaged minority sub-contractors in various communities.

At this time the company focuses on residential construction in the Macon and Atlanta Metro Areas of Georgia. Our other area of operation in West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami, Florida. It's in our plans to expand to North and South Carolina, Alabama and Houston, Texas in the immediate near future. It is the company's goal to become the largest residential builder in the entire South East Region of the United States.

Anderson CCBI roots started with a partnership with Newbold Construction. Where CEO Anderson's CCBI is the Vice President of Newbold Construction in Palm Beach County, Florida. Newbold Construction is a family own business that has been in existence for over 50 years.
