If you're looking for the most stupendous, detail-oriented, family-friendly professionals doing your electric work then Anderson's Electric of Spring Lake is the place to call. Lillian called me promptly when she received the work order regarding my repair needs. She made sure that I understood exactly what would happen on the visit and answered all of my questions on the phone. Things got even better in person when the family came and talked to me (small talk) then I let them be to do their work. They let me know what needed to be done and when they'd have the parts for repairs. The next day she called and sent Colton and James to fix the repairs ahead of schedule. I was in awe and relieved. It was so generous compared to everything thing they'd already done. All was so seamlessly perfect and smooth. Even with the few bumps in the road for parts and a few snags with wiring issues, as so does happen with electrical problems, their cool, calm demeanor kept me at ease. They not only took care of everything in what I consider to be a very timely manner. They did it in the most expeditious and immaculate way I've ever experienced. I give this company 10 stars. You all are heaven sent. Bless you and all that you continue to do.

Permits

Stay far away. I am out 30K for I trusted Lillian Anderson and have zero to show for my funds. Note they have no longer list a physical address for I am sure I am not alone out here. Up to last month I kept getting excuse after excuse of why they couldn't complete the work. Note you are not allowed to speak to Ryan, the actual license holder nor has he been seen. My project started in 2019 and small amounts of work were performed, incorrectly. When this was made know Lillian became condescending and uncooperative. I tried to continue to work with her as I was concerned this outcome would come after I paid her. Note 2 weeks after I paid the additional 20K she demanded, Face Book showed her buying an new excavator and car. I am a military widow and trusted her. I am now pursuing this in the legal system. BEWARE!
