Thomas and crew did a fantastic job on my total kitchen remodel from a new tile floor to backsplash and cabinets to building a new island. Also came across some rot and instead of going over it he pointed it out to me and replaced what had to be replaced. I would highly recommend Tom for his professionalism and craftsmanship and personality

This is the 2nd time I've had Thomas do work at our house. After the 1st time we were so impressed that me and wife both agreed that if we ever needed work done in the future we would only go with Thomas. The 1st time he basically updated our whole house. Thomas and his team painted,put in fixtures ,all new floors,new sink ,cabinets and kitchen counters. It all came out great and it was priced extremely reasonable. He is currently building us a new deck and a new shed. They have already demolished both and everything was left so clean. Thomas helped us design the deck and shed layout and we can't wait to see how it turns out. If you need any kind of work done I would suggest you start with this great company. David L

We have been using Andrade LLC since 2017 and have been repeatedly thrilled with their craftsmanship, honesty, and pricing fairness. We started with a small bathroom tile job and over the years have done roof replacement, exterior and interior painting, gutter installation and cleaning, a conversion of a 2 car garage into a beautiful bedroom addition, multiple additional tile jobs, installation of a tankless water heater, and an expansion of a lavette to a full bath complete with rain shower.

We have also referred them to family and friends for jobs large and small.

They are a skilled and reliable resource for all things home.

Have worked with Andrade Co. and Thomas for a couple years now. Just redid my kitchen and sun room. I shopped around for the kitchen remodel and Andrade offered MUCH higher quality cabinets for the same cost as Home Depot’s cheap particle board option. Thomas, the owner, will spend time helping you choose the right handles, granite, tile, colors etc. as he also has a good eye for design. He can do just about any project but it can be tough getting on his schedule as he is often booked for months.

Tom is on time professional and courteous excellent job.

I call this company for an estimate about 3 weeks ago. I was able to meet with Thomas for the estimate on the same day. I was very thankful that he could squeeze me in. He said he would have the estimate for me in 2 days. I did receive the estimate in 2 days. I tried calling Thomas with a couple of questions regarding the estimate and offered him the job to do it 2 weeks after I received the estimate . Until this day I haven't heard from him regarding the questions I had nor did I hear from him when I offered him the job. I decided to go with a different company.
