    Power wash my roof and siding, exterior painting.

    I hired Antonio to power wash my roof and siding, cleaned and repaired the gutters. He did an awesome job that I hired him to paint the house trim all around and the front entryway and door, he was very professional and meticulous. He pointed out a couple of areas that I should have repaired or it would be a problem in the near future. I was able to see what he was talking about and authorized the repair. I felt he was fair and reasonable. He did what I asked for and I would certainly hire him again and I have no problem referring him to others.

    I’ve hired Antonio for several projects, he installed new siding on the front of my house, installed a new front door and replaced interior door hinges and knobs. Antonio does great work and is very conscious of your home and clean up.

    I met Tony and Maria a very nice couple which is Andradeshandyman, a few months back when they were doing repairs on a home in Orting, I was impressed with the work that was done and I decided to hired them to install laminate flooring, painting, and a door. I was very satisfied with their work and what I was charged. Tony loves what he does and he is a perfectionist, I will be using their services again. Thank you Tony and Maria!

    He's terrible. A rip off and does unprofessional work. I still don't have water in the bathroom sink since 9/13 to present. He disconnected the pipes and never hooked them back up. He has hidden fees for the work he does. He wanted 200$to put the toilet back on that he took off...200$ to replace baseboards that he broke and 200$ to fix the sink. DO NOT HIRE HIM....he's not honest and likes to play word games

    Laminate Flooring project

    Mr. Andrade did a solid job on the project in spite of some odd practices. However a lot of promises were made then not kept. Often was unclear on communication during the project which left a lot more questions more than answers.

    I was impressed with the charm and personality of Tony and Maria Andrades. Very nice people, I enjoyed meeting them. They seemed genuine, sincere, and knowledgeable. And I liked that they purchased my eggs and apple cider.

    Amazing experience from the work perform al a such a low price and Mr Andrade is such a perfectionist he literaly made me feel as a family member and fix much more things as agreed for same prime I defenetly will recomend them this was Great experience my granchildren will enjoy my deck for ever
