We hired Andre in October of 2017 to do an extensive remodel of our home. He requested and received the monies for the architect and engineer 3 weeks prior to the start of the project. With the goal to get the permit process started to remove a structural wall. The project started on the 25th. The project was supposed to be completed by the end of the year. We moved out of the home with the intent on paying for a rental for 2 months. Andre personally never did any work on our home. He hired an unlicensed handyman to work on our home. There were several weeks when no one showed up to work. If any work was being done it was by the one gentleman. We found out later he didn't file for the permit (which we still do not have) until December 14th. In late December the project was 15% done. He had gutted our home, opened walls, took our monies and quit paying the worker. He told us he would pay our rent for January and February.....never happened. In January he stopped returning our calls and abandoned the job. We had to hire another contractor to complete our master bedroom and bath so we could move back into our home. We are approaching the end of April and we still do not have a kitchen. Working with this totally unprofessional person was an absolute nightmare. We have filed a claim against his bond and a complaint with the CSLB. Our claim against his bond has been approved. For the life of me I don't understand how his build zoom score could be so high. If no stars were an option that is what I would give this person.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I hired this company to put up a camera system, which included eight cameras. The job was only supposed to take one week which turned out to be a three month job! He asked for half the money upfront and wouldn’t return any of my calls half of the time. Once the job was completed I was so happy not to have to do business with him. Especially since I had wires hanging out every where in my house. Now I have to hire another company to come out and fix what. Mark my word...steer clear from this con artist.
