Worst contractor ever! Nothing but a nightmare. Job is STILL not done Months and Months after multiple promised finish dates. Work is subpar. Inspection came back with faulty unregulated handrail, and many other concerns. Cement is uneven, cement splatter all over my decorative property wall. DESTROYED multi-zone sprinkler system. They busted through not only the sprinkler system but unidentified white and green PVC pipes attached to the home. When questioned about them multiple times they busted them up further and stuffed them in my bushes. I have pictures. We have received over a thousand dollars in water bills from the pipes they busted. They do not pay their subcontractors, so they come to my home threatening my family they they will strip work done to try and recoup funds by taking back parts. Will not return calls, VM's or texts. Has multiple complaints filed with the licensing division. Has also been reported to the county and BBB. Avoid at all costs if you want a finished job done well. One of the owners tries to be cute, and claim I am not involved with the contracting of the job. I own the property they were hired to work on. My co-owner happened to hand them the money. They are ridiculous people who will lie straight to your face again and again, and job is still not done 7 months after contracted finish date!
