I hired this man to install pendent lights in bedroom, potlighting in kitchen, and complete bathroom renovation. The pendent lights were hanging about 1" from each other. One of the potlights came disconnected in the attic on 2nd day and the bathroom reno went well because he subcontracted that work to another, however he was responsible for placing and resizing a new medicine cabinet which was so horrible. Most of these problems were relatively easy fixes except he was juggling multiple jobs at once and we were definitely low on his list. He didn't return calls, what was promised about two weeks stretched to a month. And My number one complaint was he promised to remove trash at the end of each week and flat out lied. 4 weeks it remained and on the last week that he skipped out on completion of contract he told me that it would be so much better if he could just leave trash till the end and take it all at once. One trip to the dump. I agreed and we never saw him again.. We also decided not to pursue him either because honestly we were tired of the poor workmanship, lies and stringing us along... He was paid for work performed although everything except tile work in shower had to be refined by myself.. He also installed a bathroom window that was so crooked. It was embarrassing to point out to him and he was disgusted with us. On the outside he used plywood as filler around gaps left unpainted.. Just writing this makes me angry.. A end user or customer should never be unhappy as we were... good luck to anyone who uses this dishonest man
