Our contractor ordered cement required for a garage floor dry and when the truck came the cement was poured wet. The men who was supposed to smooth it out had to wait around until 9:00 at night before they could work with it. The floor is not what I expected it to look like. Also the the cement truck was to heavy for my driveway and broke it in many places. I went to Ansaldi’s to complain but was not satisfied with the service I received. I was told that the damage to the driveway was on our contractor because he excepted the cement. But the condition of the pouring of the garage floor was also my contractor’s fault. I was told someone would come and take a look but no one showed. I guess the little guy doesn’t count when it comes to the company of Andrew Andaldi.
