I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Andre Fine Carpentry, specifically regarding the installation of plastic decking at my property in 2021. My experience with his company has been nothing short of disappointing and has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss for my family.
In 2001, we made the decision to invest our hard-earned money in replacing our old wooden deck with what we were assured was a superior and longer-lasting alternative—plastic decking. While the initial installation process appeared to be seamless, it quickly became evident that the quality of workmanship was subpar.
Shortly after the installation was completed, we encountered issues with the cleanliness of our property. Despite assurances of a thorough cleanup, we were left to deal with the aftermath of hundreds of nails scattered throughout our yard, necessitating an additional visit from your team to rectify the oversight.
However, the most egregious issue arose recently when we embarked on a project to replace our fence. It was during this process that we discovered the extent of the incompetence and negligence displayed by Andre Fine Carpentry. Upon inspection, it became apparent that the plastic planks installed on the deck floor had begun to sink dramatically, rendering the entire structure unstable and unsightly.
Upon consulting with professionals during the fence replacement, we were informed that the root cause of this issue was the improper installation of the decking directly over grass, without adequate protection or support. The resulting condensation beneath the planks caused them to buckle horrendously, compromising their integrity and functionality.
In light of these discoveries, we attempted to contact Andre Fine Carpentry to address the situation and seek resolution. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, including multiple phone calls and messages, our efforts have been met with complete disregard. Mr. Andre's initial promise to rectify the situation has proven to be empty, as he has since become unresponsive and unreachable.
Given the severity of the damage caused by the negligent installation of the decking and the utter lack of accountability demonstrated by Andre Fine Carpentry, we have no choice but to pursue legal action to seek restitution for the damages incurred. Furthermore, we feel compelled to warn others against utilizing your services to avoid experiencing similar disappointment and financial loss.
In conclusion, I implore Andre Fine Carpentry to acknowledge the gravity of this situation and take immediate steps to rectify the damage caused by your company's incompetence. Failing to do so will only reinforce our resolve to pursue legal recourse to ensure that justice is served.
