    New House build

    Our backyard was not properly leveled and floods almost every time it rains in a fairly large area near the house.
    All of the windowsills that face East/ South East became warped because they were painted black.
    The rainwater runoff entrapment's for whatever reason, do not drain the water from our gutters. The water from one storms fills up the buried containers instantly and takes months to drain instead of hours. They are massive mosquito breeding grounds.
    One of our AC units has a leak and lost 4 lbs of refrigerant in 2 years, which were installed by a different contractor.
    One of our light switches was glued back together which broke after a year.
    The drain plug under one of a bathroom sink was broke and fixed with electrical tape, which did not last long and had to be repaired.
    The slope of the driveway is absurd and we bottom out almost every time we arrive or leave our home.
    A very large tree in the middle of our yard was killed in the process of building the house, most likely from burying the rainwater entrapment's. It was on its way out when we bought the house and went unnoticed, but after a year and a half it was completely dead and cost 1k to remove.
    As the house has settled, they are some cracks and chips in the paint as well as places where drywall nails bulge out.
    The house looks beautiful inside and out, and everyone who sees the house absolutely loves. Was a bit unfortunate to run into all of these unforeseen problems.
