Didn't know Andy did plumbing. It was back in September 2007' that Andy built our 12' x 16' Trex deck with wrap around the house cat walk. If your looking for an excellent carpenter in the Great Cacapon, Paw Paw, or Berkeley Springs WV area Andrew Hoffman is that man. We had Andy back to install security gates to the inside entrances in our lower level as well. All I can tell you is Hoffman is a very good carpenter, and a man of his word on a contract. Completes the job. Does it right.
