Andrew is an excellent architect and has an excellent team. He also has excellent relationships with structural and mechanical engineers if needed . He is reasonably priced which is a hard thing to find in that world today. We have worked together for many years and I never had any issues. He is prompt in delivering his drawings as promised. He is also at knowledgeable at the DOB and interacts well with all trades. This is a 5 star guy.
