He built a building for us 25 years ago and the roof almost collapsed because of rain damage which insurance won’t cover. He submitted bills weeks, sometimes months after the work was completed that were exorbitant and nearly impossible to retrace the hours that far after the work. Plus he would mark up items and sub contractors that had already been marked up. We thought the work was plus merit the obscene prices but clearly his work is shoddy and unreliable. If the work hadn’t been too long ago to sue we would have him in court. DO NOT USE HIM!
