I had Andy & Bob's put high end roofs on 2 homes for me and they did a terrible installation job! Many, many of the nails were not driven in all the way (left half way up) and within 2 years they started coming thru the next layer of shingles overlapping them. In some cases they came thru the next layer and popped out altogether. This was happening all over the two roofs. It was within the labor warranty period and I had the owner out and all he would do was offer to caulk the roof!! I paid over $20,000 out of my pocket (not an insurance claim) for this work and he refused despite repeated requests to properly address the problem. Do no use this company under any circumstances. The problem was the "supervisor" on the job was standing on the ground the entire time and not supervising the job.
