It’s been 3 years since Andy installed my furnace and furnace ventilation and all of the piping is falling out of the wall. We have not liked what it has looked like from day 1. When he installed it we called him back to our house 3 times
1st time for poor installation sloping very low above the laundry area- still ended with poor location… he didn’t really change anything…
2nd time he didn’t glue the furnace vent piping
3rd time the piping going outside the house was cut very unprofessionally and looked janky
After the 3rd time we stopped calling him because we were tired of it. Because it still looked terribly janky.
It has been 3 years we have lived with the janky piping, 3 years we have lived with the fact he installed a 2015 furnace in late 2017, 3 years of dealing with the piping falling out of my wall outside because he didn’t properly seal it in… I finally hired a real HVAC company and they stated that he should have his license pulled because of the fact he didn’t seal the pipes. Carbon monoxide leaks are caused by janky work like this. They also stated he did not run the piping properly and should not have hung it so low, there is a better way that real professionals know. Never cut costs on HVAC by hiring a lowest price company- learn from my mistake.
